Pablo Sosa

Pablo holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from UBA and an MBA from IAE.

For the last 20 years, he has directed a consulting firm dedicated to providing consulting and training services in business management, with a focus on Operations, Processes, Quality, Projects and Customer Experience.

THe also stands out in the academic world, where he has 16 years of experience as a professor in MBA programs and 8 years in the Business Education Center of San Andrés. In the private sector he is an instructor of In Company programs for leading companies in the region.

Sandra Luppi

Sandra is a Certified Public Accountant. Since 2007, she has been working independently, mainly oriented to process improvement consulting. She has a vast experience in integral improvement plans, reformulation of operational and administrative processes, organizational design, ERP implementation and management and financial information processes. Her professional practice covers both industrial and service companies.
Her expertise in PSBE includes Special Project Management, process improvement and training curriculum design and development.

Mariela Vargas

Mariela has a degree in Business Administration from Universidad Nacional de Cuyo. She is PMP by the Project Management Institute (PMI®) since 2013 and certified in Change Management Professional ®HCMBOK by the HChM Institute since 2016.

For more than 15 years, she has been working in business consulting, managing process improvement and automation projects, and cultural change.

She is an In Company instructor and professor at University of Palermo.

Celeste Band

Graduated from the University of Buenos Aires, she began her university career as an accountant and then went on to pursue a degree in Business Administration.
She developed her career in different stages of Administration and Finance in first line companies and Small and Medium Enterprises.

At PSBE, she is the Executive Coordinator of the consulting firm’s operations.

He has 15 years of experience in Procurement and Logistics Operations.
He developed his career in multinational companies where he led several operational and commercial areas.
Creator and Director of the Logistics Operations Technician Program at Universidad Kennedy.
He has extensive experience in comprehensive consulting services to different companies seeking excellence and to be able to compete in their market of influence, as well as in the development of training plans and as an instructor of In Company training programs.
At PSBE, he specializes in Process Development, Improvement Projects, and Lean Manufacturing implementation; and the development of workshops in these contents.

Tamara Kruk

She began her professional career in Process Management consulting at BDO Argentina, an international consulting, auditing and advisory firm, working as an experienced senior in the area of Processes and Internal Control.
Subsequently, she was responsible for process areas within multinational companies (Lan Airlines, Tetra Pack, Merck Serono Laboratory) developing these areas within the companies.
Afterwards, she worked as an independent consultant in Process Improvement, advising SMEs in optimizing their processes and management, as well as their organizational development.
She has also provided workshops on Planning, Process Management, Continuous Improvement, Organizational Development, PMI Practices, BPO and Change Management. In recent years, she led implementations of SAP, Salesforce and Success Factors Systems and was Process and Quality Manager at International Heath Services.
She is currently working as a management consultant in both SME and Multinational companies, assisting in the design of optimized processes and profitable structures.

Specialist in Environmental Engineering, graduated with a degree in Occupational Hygiene and Safety.

Leo is co-founder and director of the consulting firm HASU, and collaborates with PSBE on projects that include the topics of her specialization.

Instructional design expert with a broad perspective of the classroom as a space for transformation. Firm belief in education as a tool for change, and in being able to unleash educational processes that have the training of people as their center, seeking to provide experiences that, through content, offer personal and social learning that has the construction of a society fairer and more humane as a horizon.

Passionate about the sciences, finding in them the particularities of each one, different ways of seeing and understanding the world. Focus on how to teach from them the potential to discover how they are, but above all how things can be.

Fernando Gallardo

Industrial (MBA) Engineer oriented to Industrial Operations, Health, Safety & Environment (HSE), Production, Continuous Improvements and Materials Logistics. Wide experience in Proyect Management, Facilities Management, Contractors Management (specification, contraction and execution). Naturally liable to: processes analysis & improvements, team development and leadership.
